u 内容分析:

What】本板块的语篇以“求职面试”为主题,从求职面试的目的和意义出发,围绕面试前的准备工作、面试中的策略技巧、面试后的注意事项三个方面介绍了面试成功的秘诀。

Why】本板块的语篇通过介绍求职面试的种种建议,旨在帮助学生了解职场,引导学生关注面试的方方面面,发展完善自我,为将来顺利踏入社会,进入职场,打下坚实的基础。

How】本板块的语篇类型为在线讲座文稿。语篇结构清晰,逻辑严谨,语言丰富,内容详实。在文本结构上,全文为“总—分—总”结构,主体部分按照面试的过程顺序为主线,每一段先给出简明扼要的主题句,再具体陈述关于面试的建议。在语言运用上,本文通过使用大量祈使句强调了建议的重要性,吸引听众注意。在写作手法上,本文多次通过举例子的方式,对面试建议加以详细说明,并运用大量习语和疑问句等手段激发听众的兴趣,增强表述的生动性,帮助听众更好地理解面试的相关建议。

1. What was he doing? How did he feel?

3. If you got a phone call to have an interview for your dream job, what would you do?

1. To arouse students interest.

2. To inspire students to think according to the scene.

3. To develop students ability to make predictions.

Read, summarize the general idea of each part and fill in blank.

1.The chart is used to illuminate the teaching importance. It will help the students have a clear picture of the preparations of interview.

2.Using a chart can help to break through the difficult point. The students will find it easier to understand.

u 教学反思

在教授这节课的过程中,我发现学生在理解创业的概念和技能要求上存在一定的困难。他们很难理解为什么创业不一定需要大量资金,以及年轻人创业所面临的挑战。我意识到需要更具体和生动的例子来解释这些问题,以便学生更好地理解。

另外,我还发现学生对于沟通技巧在创业中的重要性认识不足。他们往往认为创业仅仅需要一些基本的商业知识和经验,而忽视了有效沟通的重要性。因此,我认为在下一次教授类似主题的课程时,可以加入更多的案例分析和角色扮演活动,以便学生能够实际运用沟通技巧并体会到其重要性。

总的来说,这堂课还是取得了一定的成效,学生对创业和相关技能有了一定的了解。但是,我也意识到自己在教学中还存在一些问题,例如教学方法不够多样化和个别学生参与度不高等。因此,我会在今后的教学中不断改进,以提高学生的学习效果。
